This is a very spacious 1 bed flat in a magnificent mansion block with lifts. It is an exceptionally large flat for central London. It is perfect for business, couples, families of up to 5 and friends, the ideal place to spend time together in a comfortable setting.

The apartment is under new management since November 2021. The aim is to create a comfortable, clean and positively memorable stay for our guests. The flat has had a partial refurbishment and it is sparkling clean. This is the perfect flat to come home to after a long day sightseeing or enjoying London’s nightlife.

The sitting room is a very large space with a sofa bed, arm chair and poof which stretch out into single beds. The room is decorated and furnished in cool whites and grey with a hit of pint. All very relaxing colours.

There is also a dining area with table and chairs so lots of room to be together or indeed to spread out as well.

The bedroom is a very good size also and it has a new king bed and mattress. There is room for storage and for hanging clothes.

There is space to sleep 5 people in total: 2 people in the King bed, 3 people in the sitting room. The sofa bed sleeps 1 / 2 people and there are 2 sturdy and comfortable fold away single beds.

The bathroom has a shower and a bath and all usual appliances such as sink and wc plus shelving and storage.

Te kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances and everything you need to cook up a storm!

The generous central heating makes the flat very cosy and the carpet throughout creates a feeling of comfort and of home from home. A very relaxing experience with everything you need on your doorstep.

This stylish and spacious apartment is located in the heart of South Kensington and is only few steps away from Chelsea and Knightsbridge, these are the most prestigious and elegant residential locations of London. The tube station is very nearby and it gives you the access to the Piccadilly Line, Circle and District Lines and it can take you anywhere to Central London in minutes. Both the apartment and the location are absolutely fantastic and this is an incredible opportunity for our guests to experience the finest south west London has to offer.
