Warm Irish hospitality and banter, your port of call for any queries, offering a client facing, or not whatever you wish, role to ensure that your stay is memorable and as comfortable as possible. Margaret has a thorough knowledge of London, and in particular Chelsea, Kensington and Mayfair. She has a black book of reliable cleaners, handymen, electricians, plumbers etc so can sort out any minor issue if required. Margaret has a keen eye for detail and her mantra is “Quality rather than Quantity” so she is able to have a personal approach to each site.

Andrew is based in Brussels and visits London regularly. Also, Irish and not short of banter, he has a meticulous approach to hosting and ensuring all properties are presented and prepared to a 5-star standard. Ensuring comfort and offering good communication are key requirements for all the team.
